Day1Arrival in Cairo
Welcome to Egypt, the land of ancient treasures and timeless wonders! Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our friendly representative will be there to greet you and assist with immigration and luggage procedures. You will then be transferred in a comfortable private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. After check-in, you can relax and unwind, preparing for the exciting journey ahead.
Day2Giza Pyramids, Grand Egyptian Museum & Khan El Khalili
After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, your guide will accompany you to one of the world’s most iconic sites: the Giza Pyramids. Here, you will stand before the awe-inspiring pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, which have stood tall for over 4,500 years.
Next, visit the Great Sphinx, the enigmatic limestone statue with a lion’s body and a pharaoh’s head, symbolizing strength and wisdom. You’ll also explore the Valley Temple, where ancient rituals of mummification once took place.

Next, visit Pompey’s Pillar, a towering granite column built in honor of Emperor Diocletian.

Day4Fly to Luxor – East Bank Tour
After breakfast, catch a flight to Luxor, often called the world’s greatest open-air museum. Upon arrival, embark on a tour of the East Bank of the Nile, starting with the magnificent Karnak Temple. Walk through its grand Hypostyle Hall, surrounded by towering columns and intricate carvings.

Day5Luxor West Bank & Sail to Edfu

Day7Aswan City Tour
Today, discover the highlights of Aswan, starting with a visit to the High Dam, a modern engineering marvel that controls the flow of the Nile River. Next, take a boat ride to Philae Temple, a stunning island temple dedicated to the goddess Isis.
You’ll also visit the Unfinished Obelisk, an enormous ancient obelisk that remains in its original quarry due to a crack discovered during its construction. After the tour, return to the cruise for some relaxation and dinner.
Day8Abu Simbel Excursion & Flight to Cairo
Early in the morning, embark on an unforgettable excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples, two massive rock-cut temples built by Ramses II. Marvel at the colossal statues of Ramses II and his queen Nefertari, and learn about the incredible relocation project that saved the temples from being submerged by Lake Nasser. After your visit, return to Aswan and catch your flight back to Cairo.

The price starts from $1,740 per person, shown as the same figure for winter and summer. Request a quote and a travel expert replies within 24 hours. You then pay a 30% deposit, with the balance due 15 days before arrival, or a 50% deposit over Christmas, New Year and Easter, when a 25% holiday surcharge also applies.
What does the 10-day package include, and are the domestic flights covered?
Yes. The included list has the flights from Cairo to Luxor and from Aswan to Cairo, 5 nights in a Cairo hotel and 4 nights on the Nile cruise. A private Egyptology guide, a private air-conditioned vehicle, entrance fees, bottled water, taxes and the meals listed in each itinerary day are covered. The visa, international airfare and tipping are not. Your ship and cabin category are confirmed in the quote before you pay any deposit.
Do children get a discount on the 10-day Cairo and Nile cruise package?
Yes. Children pay by age band: free under 2, 25% from 2 to 5, 50% from 6 to 11 and the full 100% from 12. The discounts apply only when the child shares a room with two full-paying adults. Some luxury hotels may apply different child policies, which your itinerary outlines.
