Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and the entire Red Sea coast are accessible and patrolled by the Egyptian Tourist Police (call 126). "No Travel" areas are limited to North and Central Sinai and parts of the Western Desert, and these areas are not included in any of Misk Tours' itineraries.

Most visitors from the U.S., UK, Australia, Canada, and the EU can obtain an e-Visa for Egypt online for $25 (single entry, 30 days) at visa2egypt.gov.eg. A visa is also available upon arrival at Cairo International Airport for $30 cash (updated March 2026). Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date. E-Visa processing takes 3-5 business days – please apply at least one week before your travel date.

No, international flights to Cairo are not included. All package prices include accommodation only, private transportation, a licensed Egyptian tour guide, entrance fees, airport transfers, and meals as detailed in each itinerary. We recommend booking international flights separately. Cairo International Airport (CAI) is served by numerous airlines, including EgyptAir, British Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, and others.

5–6 days covers Cairo, Giza and Luxor. 7–9 days is the most popular length and adds Aswan and a 3-night Nile cruise. 10–14 days is ideal if you want Abu Simbel, Alexandria or 3–4 days at a Red Sea resort without feeling rushed.
