At Misk Tours, we make travel simple and stress-free. Once you share your travel preferences, our team will contact you to craft a customized itinerary. Upon your approval, your unforgettable adventure begins!
Booking Policy
Credit Card Payments
Card payments made on our website go through Paymob's secure checkout and need no authorization letter. If our team arranges a card payment outside the website, we may ask for a signed authorization letter; the signature must match both your passport and credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are a percentage of the total tour cost and depend on how many days before the tour start date we receive your written cancellation request. The same periods apply in every season. The full details are on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page.

Note: Airline fees and other costs charged to us by suppliers can be deducted from a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving your written cancellation notice, minus the bank and transaction fees stated above. No refunds are issued for no-shows or for cancellations in the 100% period.
Force Majeure
In the case of government restrictions or airline-issued travel bans, Misk Tours offers flexible options such as full refunds or travel credit vouchers. Only airline penalties and banking fees apply.
Accommodation
- Prices are based on double occupancy.
- Single rooms are available for an extra fee.
- Hotel selection is based on quality and availability.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Flights
- Domestic Flights: Prices and schedules are approximate and subject to change.
- International Flights: We offer competitive rates from your country of origin.
Responsibility
Misk Tours is not liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or third-party service changes. We do not cover additional costs resulting from such events.
Special Requests
If you have specific needs or preferences, please inform us during booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed.
Children Policy
For Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels:
- Under 2 years: Free
- Under 6 years: 25% of adult price
- Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
- 12 years and above: Full adult price
Note: One child per room policy. Extra charges may apply for flights.
For Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions:
- Under 6 years: Free
- Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
- 12 years and above: Full adult price
Extra charges may apply for domestic flights or ferries.
Use of Photos
Photos or videos taken during your trip may be used by Misk Tours for promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms. We appreciate your participation in sharing the spirit of adventure.
Tipping
Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a customary way to express appreciation for excellent service. It is entirely up to you.
Complaints
If any issues arise during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them on the spot. For unresolved issues, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. Post-trip concerns should be submitted in writing to our Customer Care team.
General Terms of Use
- Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use or transact on our website.
- All payments are securely processed via our payment gateway.
- Please retain a copy of all transaction receipts and policies.
- Online card payments (Visa and MasterCard) are processed securely by Paymob. Prices are shown in your chosen currency for reference and the charge is made in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
- Multiple transactions may appear separately on your bank statement.
Agreement Acceptance
Your booking and payment signify your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This forms a binding agreement between you (the Client) and Misk Tours.
